Does the free website tool save my note?
No. Copy your result before leaving the page. It does not create a record in the app. Use the app to keep your ongoing work examples.
Where can I download the app?
Project Management Career Proof is available on the App Store for iPhone and Google Play for Android. It is free to download, with optional Pro subscriptions. Store availability may vary by country.
Where are my work examples stored?
It is stored in the app on your device. You can create a backup or PDF export and decide where to save or share it. Device backups and exported files can create copies outside the app. Skythorn cannot recover local career records for you.
Can I use it without paying?
Yes. You can create a career plan, use core development suggestions and save as many work examples as you need for free. Pro adds interview and 1-to-1 preparation, career-summary PDF tools and other features listed on the product page. Check the installed app for the options available on your platform.
How do subscriptions work?
Standard UK Pro plans are £5.99 per month, £24.99 every six months or £39.99 per year, with the same Pro features in each plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store used for purchase. The purchase screen shows the local price, billing period and any eligible offer before you confirm. You can use Restore purchases on the Pro screen and manage or cancel your subscription through Apple or Google Play, whichever processed the purchase. Ending Pro does not delete your saved work examples. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Does the app connect to work email or include AI?
The optional AI Toolkit prepares instructions that you can review and copy into ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude. The conversation happens in that service. The app does not connect to your work email or Microsoft 365, and an AI subscription is not included. Use your employer’s approved service for work information and only share what you are allowed to share.
Is an external AI subscription included?
No. The Toolkit prepares messages to copy into a service you are permitted to use. It does not provide an external AI account or subscription. On iPhone, full Toolkit access is included while Pro is active, or available as a separate one-time purchase. Check your installed app for the purchase options available to you.
Are the capability levels official?
No. The built-in capability framework and estimates are independent guidance, not an accreditation, verified assessment or promise of promotion. You can adjust your target levels and compare your own view with any feedback your manager gives you.
