Who provides the app
Project Management Career Proof is provided by Skythorn Digital Ltd, registered in Scotland as SC898900, at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh EH2 4AN. Privacy and support contact: skythorndigital@gmail.com.
Career information
Evidence, roles, capabilities, qualifications, targets and feedback are stored locally in the app. Project Management Career Proof does not upload that content to Skythorn, RevenueCat or an external AI provider. Your device backup settings may create copies with your platform's backup provider. PDFs and backup files go wherever you choose to export or share them. We cannot recover your local records for you.
Optional speech input
If you choose to dictate an achievement, Project Management Career Proof requests microphone and speech-recognition permissions and uses on-device speech recognition where supported by your device and language. Android speech input requires Android 13 or later and an available on-device recogniser. The app does not send your dictation to an AI service or save an audio recording. You can review and edit the recognised text before saving it as a local career record. If permission is denied or on-device recognition is unavailable, you can type instead. Your device’s own speech and backup settings also apply.
Purchases
Apple or Google Play handles payment, depending on where you bought Pro. RevenueCat processes purchase and entitlement records, an anonymous app-user identifier and technical information needed to validate and restore access. This can happen when the app checks subscriptions, not only when you buy. We use this information to provide purchased access and handle purchase support. We do not receive card details or send RevenueCat your career records.
Coaching and external tools
The coaching in this release runs on your device using rules. It is not a generative AI connection, verification of achievements or an employer assessment. Copilot prompts are optional text templates. Using another AI service is separate and subject to its terms and your employer permissions. We do not connect to your email or Microsoft 365. No Copilot licence is included.
Analytics, support and links
The app has no advertising or behavioural analytics SDK and does not track you across other apps. Opening website links creates ordinary requests to those websites. Skythorn website analytics are governed by the website privacy notice and your cookie choice. If you email support, our email provider and Skythorn receive what you include. Do not send confidential career or project material.
Retention and deletion
Use Delete everything in Privacy and data to erase local records and cancel local reminders. Exported files, device backups and purchase records are separate. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel a subscription; manage that through Apple or Google Play, whichever processed the purchase. We retain support and purchase-related records as needed for service, accounting and legal obligations. Contact us for help locating or deleting identifiable records we hold.
Rights and processing
Skythorn is the controller for the limited personal information used to operate this service. We rely on performance of the purchase contract and applicable legal obligations, and legitimate interests in handling support and preventing abuse. Apple or Google Play, RevenueCat and email/hosting providers may process information outside the UK under applicable transfer safeguards. You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Contact us; you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner. We may need a transaction reference to identify a purchase record.
Your choices and security
Reminders are optional and scheduled locally. Use device security and retain a backup you control. Only store information you are authorised to keep outside work systems; removing names does not guarantee permission or confidentiality. Privacy warnings are reminders, not an anonymisation service. This professional app is not directed at children. Material changes to data handling will be reflected in an updated policy before they are introduced.
